    have you unwarp the UV in Maya or uses auto in Unreal?

      wow, someone actually replied! thanks haha. Yeap, i did all the UV's and Lightmaps in Maya. For the lightmaps, i would copy over my uv's, then re-align to grid with the auto function, and snap the UV's to the grid for edges that had light issues.

          Wow very nice job. Question from someone who's at the VERY beginning of trying to learn this stuff, what did you do when you were just beginning at doing this?

          Also is everything more or less created in Maya then exported and put together or assembled in UE4?

            Thanks! I was at the VERY beginning of UE4 4 weeks ago. I recommend the Unreal youtube channel, and start from the beginning. do some searches for "Lightmaps Unreal Engine 4". Yes everything was built in Maya, merged some meshes, mades some UV's on channel 1, Lightmaps on channel 2, then exported to Unreal. Materials are modified freebies you can find in the Marketplace.
