3ds max to ue4 texture problem

First, you need to clean up the mesh, you need to connect an edge from each of the corners of each window to another point, otherwise when it imports to UE4 it will try to do that automatically but it doesn't know which points are good to connect to each other.
Second, you need to apply smoothing, if you go down in Editable Poly in 3ds Max there's a smoothing groups section, you can select all of the polygons and hit Auto Smooth and it'll smooth surfaces that are within 45 degrees of each other (which is adjustable) you can also select a specific set of polygons to only apply that operation to that selection.
Third, you need to create proper lightmap UV's: https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/...ing/index.html
