Lighting problems - black artifacts and bugged lighting

    Hi,
I'm getting some weird stuff happening on my project and I have no idea what I might have done for it to happen.
Basically my lighting isn't baking properly, it became super dark and contrasty like there is no GI at all even though my lights are stationary. But some parts of it will display a correct bake, but only on very specific places because if I rotate just a bit it goes bad again. Also my landscape is rendering like this image but not all of it. Anyone able to help me?

After some fiddling I found that the black is actually the skysphere with my hdri but with brightness so low that is black. So if I crank up the brightness 100x I start to see my background in the black part but then all the surrounding is super overexposed and blown out. Is this normal?

      HI there,

Not to sure , what type of Staticmesh am I looking at ? where is from?
It looks pretty bad and would love to be able to repro this with your scene.

      Thank you

What you are seeing are 3 identical trees but one set to static one to stationary and one to movable. Was trying to see if that solved it but not really. Also it's not just that geometry, even the house roof which is basically a box has the same problem.

For some reason it seems that my project isn't generating/baking any GI anymore and has very weird displaying problems. If you look at the internal images, one looks fine but I rotate just a bit to the side and that's what I get still in Lit mode.

I can't share the scene as is becuse of confidentiality on the project.

I've deleted Intermediate, Saved, DerivedCache, Clean and Validated Swarm, Verify Unreal, try to bake with lighting as static instead and nothing. Still the same result. Started a blank project and brought in the tree asset and it's fine there.

Also the black part happens when the sky is on the background. If I'm looking down to the landscape doesn't happen but the lighting is still wrong

Ok find what the problem is thank god even though I have no idea why he does that. If I delete the stationary and movable tree the scene goes immeadiately fine and displays the correct light bake and GI.
The problem is that I duplicated the asset in the editor (ALT+dragged them) and changed the mobility of each one instead of dragging one by one from the content manager and changing them
