    Animation just pivots whole mesh

    Must be doing something wrong but can't make sense if I'm exporting wrongly from Max 2016 or importing wrong to UE 4.12 or if it's some setting. I import the animation and have the skeleton, mesh and animation assets. When I try the animation asset it takes the whole mesh and animates it around pivoting it from the foot, but the mesh doesn't animate at all, it just stays in a frozen pose. I can provide more details, just need to know what to provide.

    Sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find a thread for it.
