Controlling Animation Sequence Progress Using a Slide

Hi. I'm a total newb and is trying to control animation sequence in-game using a 'slide bar' like the image below.

Name:	Slide Bar.jpg
Views:	1
Size:	28.1 KB

For example, the animation of a skeletal mesh would be paused at first, but as I click and drag the slide bar closer to the right in-game, the animation would play and finally end.
If I move the slide more quickly, the animation would play much faster.
If I move the slide from right to left, the animation would reverse itself accordingly.

I've searched for UE4 tutorials but it seems my need is too specific.
    Can it even be accomplished?
If so, I would be glad to get some pointers on how to set up a blueprint for this so I can test it.
Working...
