    Spawning NPCS in a top down shooter Paper2d

    Hey guys,

    bit of an odd one and i'm not sure if this is even possible. I'm trying to make a top down shooter with Paper2d, the probably that i have is im trying to randomly spawn enemy ships and have them move down the screen. if i try doing Spawn Actor from Class the movement logic in the Enemy Pawn doesn't work at all.. I've also tried doing Spawn AIFrom Class however this doesn't seem to work on Mobile. The Enemy is just a pawn blueprint with a floating pawn movment component, Click image for larger version

ID:	1199390, the camera sits at 0, 950, 0 and i've tested this with manually placing an enemy in the level, it renders and works perfectly the problem seems to be with how im trying to randomly spawn them.. Is there anyway to randomly spawn Pawns in order for this to work properly?

    I see you're spawning AI from class, have you tried just spawning actor from class?

      I tried doing Spawn Actor from Class but the movement logic in the Enemy Pawn doesn't work at all, it just sits still in the scene

        this is interesting, I'd say try just doing a simple teleport actor instead. Take current position, subtract by whatever plane you're going down, then plug that into a teleport, plug that into a tick. see if that atleast does something for ya.
