How to edit "Setting.gradle" ?

With .xml we can edit build.gradle, gradle.propeties buildscript e.t.c ,but not setting.gradle

Is there a way to edit the Setting.gradle ?

I am still looking for way to edit Setting.gradle without having to package from android studio

As I already mentioned in another post, from 4.25 packaging Android will take a new direction using Android Studio, so the workflow will change, and I suggest to check out the documentation when it is available.
This means that you will need Android Studio anyway, and maybe you will be able to change your setting.gradle. I know it might not be the reply you were expecting, but since the workflow is about to have some consistent changes, I would wait the new version.
