If you post the log, it is easier to identify the error.

In the picture you posted, between the two red lines, you find

see PATH_TO_LOG\Log.txt for full exception trace.

That would be a starting point to investigate the problem, and useful if you can post the entire log. Be aware that the log might contain some personal data.
