    Editor rebuilds executable for every launch

    I used to use the "Launch" feature to iterate on the Android game I'm currently developing, and it worked prefectly well. Then I tried to package an APK (+OBB) according to the docs, which worked as well. But now when I use the same "Launch" button to test quickly, the executable gets rebuilt everytime, despite unchecking "Full Rebuild". This is was not the case before, and it's pretty annoying as it heavily slows down the iteration time for me. Any help here to revert it to the earlier state would be greatly appreciated

    Dev OS: Windows 10
    UE Version: 4.21
    Handheld OS: Android 9 Pie
    Device: Nokia 6.1 Plus
