Creating an android application ()

Just seeking the forums a little, main focus was to create a PC game, but Android and iOS pretty quickly found my attention. On the web I did not find much specific guides HOW to set UE4 up to be making apps, so that is actually my question.

How do I set it all up inside UE4, so I can start creating an android game?
