Packaging issue for Android

I tried packaging Mobile temple project for android to see if it will run on my mobile for testing purposes, however it failed in 4.3 (see the cook and UATlog below). I am trying to start my own new project but would like to get the basics working first, so i can test my project on my mobile while i do it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
