    Hello,

    I cannot tell you without the logs.
    You can get the output log from the device with adb using the following command:

    adb logcat -s UE4 -s CrashAnrDetector

    Then run the app on your phone.

        Logs are looking good so far. I can't see any error in it.
        I see it's a modified project. Can you run the default sample project ?

        Did you try to run the demo from google play ?

          Hey Adam,

          Just to clarify, on older versions of Android (below 8) it works fine. Currently I'm trying to get it to work on my Pixel 2. After updating my Android SDK, the app now crashes right after the loading screen, instead of the previous crash where it just showed the UI I made with a black camera feed.

          The demo you sent on Google Play crashes as well, right after the loading screen. The Sampleproject that is included with the plugin (v1.10, Unreal 4.18) crashes after a couple seconds of showing the UI without a camerafeed showing. Maybe this is because of Android Oreo?

          Here is a pastebin of the sampleproject crash logcat (again, on plugin v1.10 and unreal 4.18):

          I tried turning off the following plugins as mentioned in the documentation just to be sure:
          • OnlineSubsystemNull
          • OnlineSubsystemUtils
          • OnlineSubsystemGooglePlay
          • Android Media Player
          But this did not help.

          There are some crash reports on my developer console, but they don't make much sense to me, here is the description:

            Ok, so it's just on Oreo devices.

            Unfortunately currently I cannot test it on Oreo , but I will get one device and find out a solution.

                I want to load one marker from MarkerNFT enum (with multiple markers) via select in artoolkit base when loading level.
                While it loads selected marker successfully, it only detects first marker from MarkerNFT. Can you help with that?

                  It's me or it crashes with 4.18.1 I supposed that minor updates on the engine shouldn't broke any plugin compatibility

                    Hello Victor,

                    I have just updated to 4.18.1, and checked the plugin, but I could not reproduce your issue.
                    It worked as before on Windows.

                    On which platform do you have the problem ?

                        Hi Adam,

                        I have bought the Commercial license but I can't get the plugin to work.
                        When I follow the instructions to package the plugin to Unreal Engine provided on your website I get an error when I'm rebuilding the missing DLLs telling me that it can't find the file named 'video.h'. I think the error is that I can't find the search path for the majority of the files in the project. The files were also red but I changed the search path of the files so that they should have been correct but I still get the same error. It seems that I have tried everything I could possibly think of but the problem still remains... I've been trying to fix this for the past 2 days.
                        The versions of the programs I'm using are Xcode 9.1, Unreal Engine 4.18.1 and macOS 10.12.6.
                        I'm including the logs from Xcode in the text file here logs.txt .

                          Hi,
                          I bought the commercial version, and got the sample scene working on my android phone. yess!! \0/ I haven't set any ios specific stuff.
                          I would like to use the plane detection of arkit and set objects to ar without markers, is this possible with your plugin? im using 4.18 on win, and tried to use arkitcamera component (since couldn't find relevant nodes in your artoolkit), but I cannot access event that (its not available, I have arkit plugin enabled)

                                Hi !
                                When I install the plugin on 4.18 and try to launch or package the sample scene on android mobile I have this error :
                                "Licence not accepted. SDK Licence must be accepted in the Android Project settings to deploy your app to the device"

                                What can I do?
