    [GAME] Carnage Arsenal



    Welcome combatants, to Carnage Arsenal! We finally made contact with intelligent lifeforms,
    sadly they only want our planet and not our friendship. Fight for survival in a dystopian
    future. Pick wisely, choose a side and fight with team mates for objectives, or just
    fight with friends in a simple deathmatch mode. Each army has their seperate abilities,weapons, and
    perks, but all players have the same move set. Guns, guns, guns! You will spawn at
    first with your armies basic loadout, but fallen enemies will drop their guns, pick it up and
    use it soldier!

    The U.E.A. forces are a formidible power, Earths armies united to take on this
    new infestation, they possess many high tech weapons and equipment.

    The Collective are the invading alien species, bug like terrors here to reformat the atmosphere
    to their liking. These alien weapons are very organic in nature, some appear to be actual organisms.

    The Subverted, once state of the art robots used in the industrial industry, entertainment
    industry, now gone rogue. Infiltration, corruption of equipment, frightening weapons.

    This is something I am doing all by myself at the moment, is it ambitious? Probably! Think of it as a mix of Planetside, Tribes, Unreal Tournament, or any fps arena shooter.
    I have an uncurable disorder that keeps me in quarantine so I thought I would try to make something I would love to see as a game, if nothing else it will be a great portfolio piece.
    Most of the art will be updated regularly as I go through the concept process. I also want to make everything from scratch and make sure everything is my own work, that is important.

    There will be a simple deathmatch mode at first to get everything in working order, then I can get going on a warfare type mode with vehicles. I will be doing my own animations
    and will post them here. I have a lot of concept art and a few models already. The most important thing is I want it to be fun! Like planetside there will be different armies, each army
    has their own abilities or perks. Everyone will have the same moveset, even if the mode of locomotion is different.

    I don't know how far I will get, but I love doing it so I will try my best. Since it is just me some of the things will be simple, so I can focus on game mechanics. I
    went to college for computer animation. I have worked on the Sims game franchise, Ultima franchise, and worked on The Soulkeeper Modification for UT2k4.

    I was working in the Unreal Tournament engine, but it has been found as too limited for me. So I decided to make it in the unreal engine! It will be free. Honestly I don't know how far I
    will get, but I will post all my concepts here . I will have to keep things simple for now since it is only me, please keep that in mind!

    U.E.A. UC Energy Pistol: Standard firearm for all U.E.A. forces, this small pistol has the same technology as a warp drive! Don't drop it! Primarily fires energy bolts, alternately there is a charge mode, charge until the hyper foils are fully loaded then let loose a charged energy shot!

      U.E.A. Jetboots work in progress concept. Every soldier has a pair! Improves mobility, allows for wall scaling, evasive maneuvers, and sliding for a short while.

        Iron Lung. (playable character). Nobody is sure why he replaced his biological lungs, be it some industrial accident, or body modification culture. At the end of the day his clan mates appreciate his heightened mobility and tracking skills. Junker character concept

            Junker Skimmer(vehicle): This farm surveying vehicle has been repurposed into a fast two person vehicle. The hover tracktor has been fitted with a sidecar swivel turret. With all the added power, the extra weight still proved a problem, so three suspension strips were added with springs to the undercarraige. Just like a skipping stone over water, the Skimmer bounces to compensate for the weight, this is also a benifit to the driver as they can essentially jump or time a landing to smash an enemy! Work in progress.

              Junker Scavtool, An improvised deconstruction beam, eats
              metal, plastic, cockroaches, even flesh... oh. If you are
              hurt in battle, use this on a car, or even a fallen enemy,
              it will restore some health!

                U.E.A. weapon concept.

                Depleting resources created an array of weapons that used less ammo. The Bluehawk is an energy boomerang slinger. Fires a boomerang that will come back to the owner if it missed, catch it to regain ammo. Alt fire will return the boomerang after launched, in case you wanna hit em in the back!

                  U.E.A. super weapon concept.

                  A one time use self contained rocket battery, very rare field weapon. Primary fire will launch 8 rockets in an arc pattern, alt fire will launch them in a horizontal pattern. Called the banshee as the rockets actually whistle, a tactic deemed helpful in the alien wars.

                    U.E.A. weapon concept.

                    The 53-NTL rifle fires a 3 shot energy burst, it also can deploy a Nano Turret. This small turret can be amplified by an allies energy weapons. The turret can also be destroyed sending out an EMP burst disabling vehicles and destroying some incoming projectile types. The nano turret has a cool down as it is reprinted the the built in 3D printer.

                      U.E.A. weapon concept.

                      The R1-88 fires penetrating slugs that will go through more than one enemy. Alt fire will fire a napalm slug, although the napalm slug does not penetrate, it will douse an area in flames for a short time.

                        Sometimes the answer is more bullets! This military drone minigun has been reconfigured for hand held use. Primarily sprays bullets, Alternate mode starts the heating mechanism, bullets
                        become red hot and less accurate.

                          U.E.A. equipment concepts.

                          A deployable respawner can be activated on the field, allowing allies to get to your position! It takes awhile to set up and is visible on radar.
                          Health pods will restore health by proximity for a short while.
