      Hi guys, this is my first post in the unreal forums. I am an archviz guy who has never done a game before so I have no idea how to make one :-), but here I go willing to tackle every challenge that is going to appear on the way. This is going to be kind of a "short playable trailer"... I have everything in mind, did some nasty drawing for the storyboard and I want to show you the very first screenshots of a few couple of assets I put together in the scene. I'm using UE 1.16, Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter and Substance Designer. Eventually some Megascans assets for the main section before entering the "building"... I would really appreciate any feedback you can provide and as I have no idea what I am doing :-) hit it as hard as you can! Eventually when I progress further I can even start my own thread

            Recently downloaded my version of iClone 7 and made this guy in it and imported him into Unreal this morning. Overall the character looks really good. I haven't set up his anims yet but those should be done in short order. What do you guys think?

                  WIP character animation for side scroller

                  Hey guys,
                  I've been working on a Side scrolling platformer concept for a while now. I Was using the default UE4 character to get the basics down, but since I got all my custom character and animations in the engine, I ended up re-doing most of the logic. Mainly getting my head around Animation Blueprints. Here's what I've got so far... I still haven't implemented a ledge grab system on the new character and I still have to fix a lot of the blending when she changes directions and speed.

                      Got mocap curve animations also running for AI. Still much to work on, but capture new WIP video.

                            Good immersion, good ragdolls. Has some CS feel to it. However, the demo feels overall too static.

                              Thanks , yes still very unfinished. Having much feature prototypes not shown in that video (+haveing separate proper map, that is just test ground). Should have consept running during fall. Will be fully dynamic battleground with interactive ambient life at the end. Similar to my WLA amalgamation mode in ArmA3 except expanding civilian aspect; including buildable hospitals and prisons.

                                hey guys .. this is our testing for level design .. we just wanted to learn various aspect of engine .. so in the learning path we created this in 2 day .. nothing special .. just training ..
