    Thank you to everyone for all the support!

    Got the cloth for the main character together. The aim for the design was to make him look like a badass. I'm going for a Scottish theme for him so he has some identity (the cloth across and around him with the pleats will kind of kilt-like and the "squiggles" on there as masks will be textured as some kind of Celtic style tattoos with half a head of hair.

    Very cool indeed!

    I like how you posted many pictures of the project showing how the game is developing. From a just concepts and a blocked environment, to a fully alive one.
    Keep us updated, I am personally looking forward to seeing more of it, and walking through it as soon as you have a playable version.

    I've started making progress on the ai in the first section of the city. I'm using the Open World AI Spawn System by TiMer Games on the Unreal Marketplace which is making things much easier and more polished looking than the other methods I researched previously. So far I'm pleased with how it looks. There are quite a few duplicates as not all the characters have been rigged and I am in the middle of doing some more different walk animations to give some better variety so eventually it will look much busier and more crowded. I was surprised at how much of a difference it made having just a few people moving around and I'm eager to get more in to really feel the atmosphere of the city.

    So I have't been very good at keeping my progress up to date on here but that will change now that I can give this project my full attention. I will be posting much more frequently but for now, here is what I've done so far.

    There are actually a few more animations in engine but I will post those once we've sorted out the rig problem we currently have.

    Ive more or less finished the gatehouse section about a week ago but I completely forgot to post it, been working on the market square ever since (:

    Made a market stall in marvellous designer and started baking and texturing it today, only got the solid colours in there for now so i can start parameterising it in designer, then ill start adding some detail/wear onto it (:

    Thanks! These are just background characters, so no facial animations I'm afraid. I will be making the playable hero character somewhere down the line, so we are aiming to get some for that.
