First sentence: "Raji: An Ancient Epic is an isometric action adventure game [...]" But I did not see one single isometric shot
Nah, just nitpicking ;-) Really amazing atmosphere, it reminds me of Bastion. Keep going and keep us updated

Hey man, thanks a lot. I've mended it..as we are not pure isometric, that's true. Thanks for the comment, it's great to know that it reminded you of Bastion, one of the inspirations behind the game, cheers

We played around with the new experimental Apex clothing tool in the recent Unreal engine release. After some issues with collision clipping, we ended up with a set of values which gave us this result. The simulation of her pony tail using physics asset took a while to be perfected. What you're watching below is an early part of the level, this includes the grand arena where the first combat takes place. This environment video includes several new assets, plus we have our weapon Trishul fully textured to glory. The glowing gems on the Trishul indicate that certain powers have been selected by the player, hence serving the purpose of feedback.

If you like what we're cooking, follow our project on the social media channels below. We're just few weeks away from our Kickstarter, cheers

It looks similar to thousand beat them up games until you come with special combat system.
                - The level design is good, but somewhat repetitive (stairs and squares places), it would need to break up with some variations.
                - It looks too static appart from rain, there is no birds, moving fog , flying magic ship on background or whatever.
                - No level interaction, i only see some weapon for gameplay, it lacks special tools or powers to extend gameplay.

But it can result in an awesome beat them up as it is, and overall it looks good

                    Hey, thanks.

The intention of the combat system was to allow the player to choose from one weapon to another, providing various ways to play the game, still at a very early stage, we haven't implemented this feature completely..
-We will be having open areas and different kind of variations to break the repetitiveness of the level.
-We are working on the movement of the foliage and the mist movement
-The project is at a very early stage, while we have a feature which is a tool to shape your game play, but yes we will be working on more weapons/abilities as we we hit production!

Thanks for the feedback, highly appreciated
