Looking for an individual to join my team on an awesome job. I'm a popular broadcaster/comedian and am developing something never been done before. Just gonna ask some critical questions here.
1. Why is Unity knowledge a pro for an Unreal Engine game? Just wondering there.
2. Do you really expect to find a single person with all of these skills? I mean, I can do all of these to some degree, but I suck at most of them, and I think that goes for most people. Might want to make those expectations a little more realistic.
2. Have you considered discussing what the concept actually is? Not a lot of people are going to sign up for something without knowing what it is.
3. If it's paid, you might want to give a range on what kind of payment can be expected. Same reason as 2.
