intel core i5 4460 and 4590

Was wondering if it can handle ue4 ( i7 is fairly expensive for croatia our monthly salary is 350-450€ overal so i5 is on budget)

both of those CPU's will be able to handle UE4, they are both above the recommended specs so you should be good with either of them.
