new unity user switching, problem with visual studio

Hello, I am a user of unity and decided to give Unreal Engine a go! However upon starting a new project it says on the bottom under the New Project tab "No compiler was found. In order to use a C++ template, you must first install Visual Studio 2013.."But I already did that, and I installed it and everything. I searched the forum for a similar question but could not find it. Can you guys help me out? Thanks!

Try to start a project without the c++ option. What does it says?
