It's Unreal Paragon Shinbi modded to be doll nude.
The files you need to recreate it are here:

Details.
Begin by installing Paragon Shinbi:

Drag the .tga files to import the textures, begin with the ones that end with _d for difuse
when importing the normal map image files, the ones ending with _n
remember to change the compression setting to normal map:

Once you have the images sorted create a material, setting like this:
shading model, subsurface profile

Create Material Instance, modify accordingly:

Next drag and drop the shinbiDollNude.fbx file:
here use the same skeleton and physics asset as the default Shinbi model

the import of the fbx file will also include material and textures that you
will not need soon.
once you've replaced the materials as you need to, delete those textures and materials:
