    Hey fighter!
    I've just started learning UE4 and I came by your Foilage Starter Kit. I guess there is no need to mention how beautiful it is
    I would like to ask (since I'm new to Game designing) how do I actually use the assets in my own project. I don't know which file to import.
    So far I've used the .fbx files but this seems to be something advanced. Can you please guide me on this ?

    thank you for sharing foliage starter pack

    I have a problem with it, when I want to use it in my scene, static meshes will lose their materials.
    and when I want to use materials they lose colors and turn to black
    I use UE 4.18
    can you help me?

    I'm not really sure how to use this...I can't open the Unreal Project, as it gets stuck at 45% every time. How can I use the assets in my own projects? Thanks!

    I am having the same issue, I also am having all the materials (child and masters) come up with missing pieces in them (normally in the variation and diffusion parameters). I'm using 4.16.3 is this just an import issue? Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

    Not working in 15.3 I tried the FBX files seperatly, to copy the content folder and to copy the entire folder. However everytime it gives me missing textures and I have to reselect everything and put it in the material. However the paramiters still give an error (as I do not have those in my own project) and having them disabled doesn't work. Whatever I do, the materials never work and I am always stuck with the alpha texture (greyblocks)

    Hello, I was wondering, can you tell me why there is a difference between my trees texture on the Folliage and the trees texture placed manually on static meshes on the scene ? I see that in your shader something control the tiling, but I can't see how to solve my problem and make the tilling the same on every trees ?

    Hi there, apologies if this has been asked before, but upon opening the project, or dumping the files into my own project, just the faces of the meshes show up, no materials are being added to them. Any ideas? Running UE4.16 and 4.17

    maybe fighters updated it which is why its working for me on 4.16 but for those who have grey planes make sure to copy and paste the meshes, materials, particles and textures folders.
